Reservations:

We recommend you book your appointment as far in advance as possible to ensure we can accomodate your schedule. A credit card or gift certificate number will be required to hold all multiple bookings or packages. Please verify that we have your correct phone number for confirmation purposes.

Cancellation Policy:

All cancellations must be received by 12:00 pm (noon) the day before the appointment. Any cancellations made the day of the appointment will be subject to a 50% charge. Failure to give any notice will result in full charge of service.

Arrival Time:

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment. We want you to have a relaxed and pleasant experience at Spa Cantik and Salon. While we will do our best to accommodate late clients, it may not always be possible to do so. Late arrivals may forfeit some or all of the treatment.

Cellular Telephones:

We ask you to either turn off your phone or if this is not possible set it to vibrate so as not to disturb the other patrons.

Children's Policy:

Children under the age of 12 are welcome to experience Spa Cantik and Salon and we have services created specifically for them. However, if they are accompanying you to your 30 minute appointment, please ensure they are fully supervised. For longer appointments please arrange childcare.

Payment Options:

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Interac and cash. Prices are subject to change without notice, and do not include tax. Gratuities are not included in price. If your stylist or esthetician deserves such a compliment, please let our receptionist know and they can add it to your service total.

The Finale:

Your stylist or esthetician will recommend home treatment products to extend the benefits of your treatments. We use only professional skin, body and hair care products and can help you with any concerns or questions. Extend your spa and salon experience, take part of it home with you!
